Finding the right venue for when planning a wedding abroad, especially for Cyprus weddings, is crucial, as it reflects on you and your partner.
The venue should make a statement to all of the wedding party and their guests. A bad venue will, simply, ruin your wedding. On the other hand, a good venue will pull everything together.Weddings Cyprus
Now, finding a venue in the U.K. is hard enough, when maybe you’re basing it on a previous event you’ve attended there, or via a friend’s recommendation, and can then pop along to visit. But trying to find a venue when getting married in Cyprus, can be a little harder, especially when you can’t keep flying across and checking on things.
So, use your wedding planner. They will know venues in their area. For our Ayia Napa, Protaras weddings, we have worked closely with some of the best venues in the area. Importantly, they know us and they know and appreciate our very high standards, so they work closely with us to make sure we’re not disappointed, and in turn, you are not disappointed.
And we are always being approached by new venues, keen to attract our wedding parties. With these, we ensure that they reach the standards before we commit ourselves, and then you.
If you have set your heart on a particular venue, because it has a certain significance for you, or your partner, then we, as your wedding co-ordinator, can check things out for you. We will then give you an honest appraisal as to the suitability of that venue and if it will match your needs.
Venues are more than just a place to hold your dream wedding. The location and building might be great, and there are many to choose from in the Ayia Napa, Protaras region, but there is so much more to consider than that.
You have to consider the size of the venue. You might want a small, intimate venue, which will be geared towards the well-being of you and your wedding party, and not a huge, impersonal airport-style hotel which has a production line approach to weddings. But can a small venue accommodate all your guests and be able to cope with the various needs of your party. Will the food be good enough; are the staff going to be switched onto to making your day the best day of your life; and, will the budget be right.
All things to consider when finding the right venue.
